Quality and export
Confirm the details before shipment.
Quality in an international order depends on matching the exact model, configuration, documentation, packing and destination conditions. Our process keeps those confirmations visible.

CE, FDA, ISO 13485 and similar references may be part of a buyer's document request. Availability and relevance must be confirmed for the exact model, manufacturer and destination market.

Order-specific checks
Details change by product type.
Electrical equipment needs voltage and plug confirmation. Consumables need batch, sterile packaging and shelf-life review. Installed equipment may require room drawings and interface details.
Common questions
Before you request a quotation.
What information should I include with an inquiry?
Share the product or room list, intended clinical use, quantity, destination country and preferred delivery timing. For installed equipment, include known power, plug, gas, water and room conditions.
How is delivery time confirmed?
Delivery time is confirmed after the selected models, quantities, documentation requirements and production readiness have been reviewed. Mixed-category projects may use a consolidated or phased schedule.
Which shipping documents can be prepared?
The document set depends on the order and agreed trade terms. It may include a commercial invoice, packing list and available product or manufacturer documents required for the destination review.
Can one inquiry cover a full hospital or clinic project?
Yes. A room-by-room equipment list is the most useful starting point. We can organize it by category, identify missing configuration questions and plan the quotation in reviewable groups.
